Terms of Service

Early Access terms for using SignalForge. Final operator and governing-law details must be completed before paid public access.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using SignalForge, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding agreement in the place where you live or operate and provide accurate account information.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that defeats account limits or user-data separation.

Permitted use

You may use SignalForge for lawful market, opportunity, content, and client research. You remain responsible for how you interpret research and for any products, outreach, or business decisions that follow.

Prohibited use

  • Illegal, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Attempting to access another user's projects, credentials, or private data.
  • Circumventing security, quotas, access controls, or provider terms.
  • Using SignalForge to generate spam, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.
  • Reverse engineering or redistributing the service except where law expressly permits it.

API credentials and third-party providers

Live research uses credentials you connect for OpenAI and Google/YouTube. You authorize SignalForge to use those credentials only to perform requested product functions. Your use remains subject to each provider's terms, quotas, availability, and policies. SignalForge does not control those services.

Research methodology and limitations

SignalForge organizes evidence and produces hypotheses. YouTube engagement is not demand. Comments do not establish willingness to pay. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. SignalForge does not guarantee profitability, sales, product-market fit, demand, or any business outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing sources, counter-evidence, assumptions, and proposed validation parameters before acting. Professional, legal, financial, or regulated decisions may require qualified independent advice.

Your content

You retain your rights in research questions, notes, selections, imported transcripts, and other material you provide. You grant SignalForge the limited rights required to host, process, and display that material to operate the service for you. You must have the right to provide it.

SignalForge intellectual property

The service, interface, methodology presentation, software, and branding are owned by the SignalForge operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Early Access may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. Access may be suspended for security risks, non-payment when billing is introduced, prohibited use, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Billing is not yet enabled. Before paid checkout begins, pricing, renewal, cancellation, Merchant of Record, tax, and refund terms will be presented for review. No payment is taken through the current website.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SignalForge is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or business results. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final liability language and any indemnity terms will be completed with the operator's legal identity and governing law before paid public launch.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice. Questions may be sent through the contact route. The governing law and legal operator details will be published before paid public access begins.
